Dr. Don Beck is a Founding Partner of The National Value Center and co-author of Spiral Dynamics: Mastering Values, Leadership and Change. He made 62 trips to South African during its transformation with significant impact on political and religious leaders, the business sector, and the general public.  During the past year he has been working in the Netherlands, leading two Dutch Summits on how to diffuse volatile issues on race, fundamentalism and religion, the "Us vs. Them" tendencies in a culture. He will explore how to head off major cultural conflict at the pass with preventive measures.
